Good morning to all! Low of 30°, heading for a high of 64°. Winds are expected this afternoon in advance of another cold front moving in.
30-40 mph wind, gusts to 55 mph.

Tonight temps drop into the 20's, high tomorrow is forecasted to only hit 43°. Not much, if any, precip is expected.

Daughter/ family arrived late last night, MIL staying, daughter and family heading to Tx. This morning.

Cutting it short this morning, running into town for an appointment. Got to bed late, up early..... not a good way to start the day... maybe I'll get a nap in later....

Everyone have a great day!

54F and sunny @ 10:30, heading up to a high of around 68F for the day.

Judging from how that hopper feeder looked yesterday when I was over there doing some more drilling with the PHD it's probably already due for a refill this morning.

So that will be the first item on the outside list.

After that probably take the auger and PHD off the Kubota.

Then probably head over to the pole barn and see what we can get done there today.

Friday will probably be the last day over there until Spring, unless we get some real nice days. Neither The Woman nor I want to be working over there when it's chilly out and we aren't really far enough along to heat it. Local forecasters expect cooler than normal pattern for the next two weeks.

It is what it is.

Hope everyone has a great Wednesday ... (y)

68°F and .66 inches rain.

No luck with powering network yesterday, just might be stuck until new POE switch arrives. Did get my cable run between floors. A bit of liquid soap made the difference.

No plan for the day yet. Coffee first.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

Starting to feel much better already. Wife is feeling Ok so we are hoping she will be fine and not get it although the period where she can still show up infected has not run out yet.
Daughter took her bandage off after one week and the wound is starting to itch. Good sign and she is off pain meds and using Tylenol only and get this already starting to work from home.
Our son at the Army veterans facility send us pictures of a horse barn that the army has in connection with the facility and pictures with some of the cute horses and our son.
Tree planting is tomorrow morning. More on that tomorrow.

Good Afternoon!!!! 56F in Twentynine Palms, CA. Tomorrows forecast calls for
sunny skies. High around 60F. Winds NNW at 10 to 15 mph.

Been visiting with friends in Lompoc, CA for the past week, and headed out for the Salton Sea this morning. Helped one of my friends swap out a water heater, did a little hiking, then hunkered down for the past two days dodging rain showers. Today was sunny with big puffy clouds, mostly, but I made the mistake of taking a "short cut" through the mountains that involved a few inches of snow at the side of the road and some pretty chilly temperatures. I only saw slush on the road in one spot, but the going was cautiously slow until I dropped back down into the desert. And no, I didn't save any time at all.

Sheesh, gonna be a while before I can catch up, if ever. Until then, Happy Hump Day!!!

Good early (Thursday) arvo. Overnight Low of 14C and it's presently21.7C, which is just below the predicted High of 22C. It's cloudy/overcast with some drizzle called for this evening. The weatherguessers are calling for (yet another) rain 'event' starting Sunday. There's a 70% chance tomorrow (Remembrance Day) but it's predicted for the afternoon, after the 1100 parade/ceremony... so, I won't be 'here' until after that. Lest We Forget.

I had a Doctor appointment at 1015, just a follow-up on the other week's blood work. He gave me a new script for a pill to take in the A.M., but only when my weekly "Trulicity" self-injection isn't available at the Chemist. The injection is a weight-loss/maintenance drug (I lost just over 25kg with "Bydurien[?]") that it looks like all of the Doctors are now prescribing, hence the shortage.

I stopped off at the grocery store and bought/assembled a Christmas hamper for the less fortunate, at my Church's request. I'll drop it there on Sunday.

That's about it, take care all.

Good evening all. 66ºFfor the start, mostly cloudy, light breeze. wind light to brisk, Sky cleared to partly cloudy, and high temp was 79ºF. Men's meeting to start day, then bike ride, air penalty was .66 mile and was sweating hard when done. After lunch was nap then dinner. After dinner set up wife's new bird feeder with wifi camera on network. Only then did it occur to me this might work better with bird seed. baby steps.

Good morning, low temp 49 and high to 61°F. Wind S 5 mph. 30% chance of showers.
Lake Nipigon, Geraldton and Kapuskasing areas all are expecting about a foot of snow and high winds. I only mention this because that is part of my stomping grounds in the summer.

The trailer is loaded again for the dump. This time it is stuff out of this place. My daughter in law (RIP) was doing a lot of retail therapy in the last three years of life and that all needs to be cleared out. We have a used section at the dump where we can drop off stuff and for a small fee/donation (honour system) you can pick up lots of good stuff.

So it is a town and dump run today. Then reload the trailer for another load tomorrow, then back to the neighbours' she has another load to go. I will get at the heater in the tractor before the snow flies here, but exactly when, I am not sure.

Have a safe day all

47 climbing to 68.

Got some house painting done, and did a thorough cleaning of my coffee roaster. Gave away most of my last 2 roasts to friends who came over to dinner last night. She brought an interesting pie made with pecans, chocolate chips, pretzels and orange zest. It was good to catch up with them. She's an artist, and had recently gone to Tuscany on a painting trip. Her husband is an interesting guy who can fix anything.

Got some things to do outside before the rain gets here. We need it, and may get an inch or so.
