Good Morning. 1045, sunny, 47F with 43% humidity. Forecast high of 55F with 0% chance of rain this afternoon, and a low of 32F tonight. It was 35F at 0600 when I rolled over the first time.
The comments on Florida cold are spot on. Back when we had cows and I was hauling hay on the old 3930 in cold weather, I would be so bundled up I could hardly turn the steering wheel. I think it is the high humidity that makes it so cold. Sister lived in Colorado Springs for almost 30 years, and she said it was never as cold with 6 feet of snow on the ground out there as it was here. But when we had a really cold snap on the way, we would put several rolls of hay in little electric fence corrals, letting the cows into them one at a time. Also we never had enough antifreeze in the tractor tires, so we had to wait for the warmest part of the day to risk using the tractor.
I have another wedding this weekend, so I'll be going in early today. I think there is also some kind of party tonight. If I don't have a set/cleanup for the event, I don't really pay attention to what is going on, just what time I have to be there.
Nice picture Pixguy.
Drew, that new mower is mighty fine. Make sure you wax it before putting it up for the winter
Hope everyone has a good day,
