This is what Margie was doing while I was at work. This is about half a week's worth. Now she is turning them into poppers while I watch the truck race.



I saw a few of my Jalapenos were deformed. Do you all think this is a pollination problem, or what? The bees in my bee tree left last summer and haven't came back. I see lots of butterflies, some real little bees, several kinds of wasp and even flies on the flowers.

These two are the worst.

It was 78 here when I got up and now down to 75.:laughing: And in spite of the forecast 80% chance of rain, I've got the sprinklers running front and back. The radar so far shows the heaviest rain going by west of us, lighter rain going by east of us, and nothing down the middle.

Bird, that's how it was for us last year, for months when there were a few showers, they just missed us. Literally once it rained on the south end of the airport and not us, the fence to the airport is about 300 yds from the rear of my property. Their rain gauge had .7" that day and we got nothing. It's very frustrating when you feel like you live in a bowl of sand.

just makes me want to go dig some dirt and move it around in my ac cab. Because I finally can...:thumbsup:
