Well it was 5.2 percent alcohol.

I had a couple of cousins from Michigan tell me how much beer they could drink and said they could drink me under the table. I am not much of a beer drinker but they were falling over after 5 Canadian beers and I was still standing.:laughing:

Cannot believe it has been almost three weeks since I actually spent a while on TBN...at least nobody can accuse me of postwhoring. Have multidozen projects going on, trying to keep up with mowing here...oh, boy...last year I mowed the entire place eight times for the season, this year I have already had to mow SIX TIMES....and with 4 1/2 acres of yard that means serious time and expense. Garden this year is a sorry excuse because it has never really dried up enough to till and plant...started replacing 13 each double hung Anderson windows in the older part of the house, they date back to 1977 and the glass is delaminating...most are 5' height and to replace them with 4' height means saving $$$ but means a lot of work inside and out (siding, sheathing, trim, drywall, etc) Bye.

Having been married 28 years, just what is "the talk"? I must have missed that one when I was dating......

300UGUY....to me "The Talk" starts with your girlfriend, wife, or significant other saying:

"You are a great guy, but we have to talk..." (about us not being a couple any longer, about us seeing a therapist, about us considering divorce....)

Just when I get to the point where I think I want to give up on this relationship with her, I think back to all the struggles and hardships she has endured in life so far....and that ALMOST makes me want to break up with HER out of the kindness of my heart so she doesn't have to endure more of them...:laughing: :laughing:

Yup, whenever women want to "talk", I don't want to listen. Not sure why but I don't. Thankfully, my wife has never wanted to talk. But other women have over the years and no good came of it. I mean, guys aren't all that complex. Food, shelter, tractors, dogs, etc and do what the wife says when she means it. Happy wife; happy life.
