thank you everyone for the kinds words. Surgeons told us today there was a significant chance Nadene would not survive tomorrow's operation, that everything would just fall apart on them. I don't think I'll be getting much sleep tonight.
I don't know where the tears come from when you've already cried an ocean.

sorry, just been a tough day, I hurt like crazy, and my normal sense of humor has run for the bushes.

Quiet your a**.....:laughing: actually the woman I have been seeing just texted me and said she would be here at 7:30....after seeing her for two months she still amazes me sometimes...have known her since 1975 but have never really paid attention to her until recently. She has been divorced for 17 years, has been my best woman friend for the last 15, I never really paid attention to her until I was divorced...darndest thing to see her in an entirely different way...tell you guys this....most interesting involvement I have ever had in my 40 years of adult life.

I read this in my truck as I was driving home (at a stop light) and I cried too...

I said a FERVENT prayer for peace and healing for both you and Nadene (and then I added my wife & kids to the list too).

In a tracked and armored vehicle if the potholes are anything like they were when I was last at The Dream Cruise, nearly knocked the bottom out my '67 Impala SS!
