no, I already sort of passed it when I headed North around Phoenix.
I really didn't want to get too close to the border besides I'm heading up to Colorado next week. It's 178 miles South of me now.

Good (Friday) morning. Overnight Low of -1.2C and it's presently 18.5C, clear & fairly calm.
Lovely 'at home' day yesterday. Organisational phone calls made.
It appears that the 'wine faeries' have miraculously deposited a couple of cases at the PO. I'll need to make a tip into town so that the PO can clear up floor space... it's my civic duty.

55°F and clear skies this morning, got up to 81° today.
Did some running around this morning, some for me, some for The Wife. Brought home lunch from Jimmy Johns. They seemed "freaky normal" during lunchtime rush. Got to the mowing part later than I wanted, so I only got the pasture done. Trimmed some stuff growing over and through the back fence with loppers. Need to add a clean-up back there again to the to-do list. The area between the pasture fence and the field is overgrown again.
Took apart the new-to-me bass amp this evening to replace the broken power switch. For now, I just took one out of another amp (SVT-4Pro) and used it. I did find a website that sells a bunch of parts for older Ampeg amplifiers, so I'll get replacements from them. Still need to figure out why the power LED isn't lighting. I'll do that another day.
Finished that repair and rattled stuff in the garage testing it just in time for dinner, for which The Wife had cooked a corned beef brisket for about six hours, along with some au gratin potatoes and steamed broccoli. Delicious.

Coffee has finished brewing. 57° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 73° with continued clouds. Grocery shopping went good. Started a project to make removable supports for hose on Trak Vac. Spent way to much time looking for metal to make brackets. End up going to Menards for some angle iron. I will find the metal I am sure I have when project is done. Will get grass mowed today. Some rain is forecast each day for the next week starting tomorrow.

Looking, I do have cats around my place. But they show up after dark. Birds only show up during daylight hours.

Glad to hear that. I was due to drive from Alexandria Va. and overnight in Wytheville last night on my way to Mississippi. Rescheduled to leave on Saturday. I don't like heavy storms if I can avoid them.

good morning all
up very early, better night's sleep last night
72 going up to 97 today in Mayer AZ.
lots to do today, laundry and I even get to wash the rv because I didn't see
any water restrictions. It sure needs it.
And hopefully a walk out into nearby desert to get pics, but not sure anything there.
just opened new bag of puerto rican coffee, smells nice brewing

I emailed my great niece in Lexington KY, where the storm is headed, and reminded her to stay out of deep water with her Jeep. Young folks in Jeeps think they are indestructible...no.

Good Morning! Colder than Ron this morning at 56˚F but will soon heat up to 90˚ with no clouds.
The new surface bot worked from sun up to sun down yesterday the floor bot is only part time and works for 4 hours. They are back in the pool this morning, after a recharge, doing my job, one that they can have, especially since my shoulder is not 100% yet.
PT in a few hours then just regular maintenance around the house. I was able to mow the yard yesterday, first time in a month, wife was happy.
My neighbor has invited us to her garage sale parking lot space in the mega neighborhood garage sale in a few weeks. I will have to see what we don't need/use anymore. They are going all electric on lawn maintenance equipment and are selling their gas equipment. The main reason to accept her invite is to get a sneak preview on Friday as people are setting up for the 4 hour sale on Saturday.

I left the house at 4:30 this morning. The good thing about driving at that time is that there was no traffic, pretty much all the way to Philly. Sitting in Akron until 11:00 am, then back home after a lunch at Mission BBQ after we unload passengers in Philly.
Not a great day for flying, low ceilings and visibility just to make things interesting.
Not much planned for when I get home, I’ve got a mirror frame to make for the bathroom, so the painter can finish it to match the rest of the trim. Other than that, relax and get ready to play some music tonight. We have gigs for the next two weekends, so we need go over what we plan to do. (And likely won’t follow the plan).
