I need to get a move on, Whippers class this morning. I gave her her first dose of oil, it may be too soon but I'll see if she is less stressed at class. She seems to obey commands when more stressed so now she might take the attitude of "whatever's cool man, yep like maybe I can do that maybe not, got any snacks?"

After dog class will be a day in the gardens to work on machines and common areas to satisfy my HP, dirt addiction.

Don, there was a headline article about a retired Texas officer who set up a CBD sales operation primarily for police officers, and there was a formal statement today that no police officers are to take illegal drugs including CBD while on duty. It's a ridiculous position to put the police or anyone in.

It must be hard being a LEO when you know some laws are just plain wrong...when does one just look away

My little Brother, that broke his fibula falling on ice last week, is going in to get a couple of screws installed to stabilize his ankle on Monday.

More tree trimming in store for today ...... weather dependent. Or more shop reorganization if it rains. I need to do a cleanup of the tack rooms in the horse barn eventually too.

The wifey takes gets the 60 count capsules of 3000mg total (50mg each capsule). She takes 2 daily, one morning, one evening. She has SEVERE pain from the arthritis (both Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis). This does not take the pain away like a pain killer, but allows her more freedom of movement. She says she can definitely tell if she doesn't take it. She cannot tolerate any of the "pot products" that contains THC components. She says they "mess with my head", the CBD does not.

It's 16° this morning, yesterday was nice no wind and in the low 40's with mostly sunny skies. Today is going to be about the same, around 40° with sun and a lite wind.

I moved the welding table to the garage door and sit in the sun most of the day. I was trying to do vertical welds, still need a lot more practice on that.

The only plan for today is going to the post office and see if the switch for the chop saw is there.

Phil, glad to hear the good news about the wifey! Now, you get better too!

It's becoming difficult to remember all the ailments and injuries reprted here....sometimes easier to just hear of someone getting BETTER!

The CBD controversy will continually affect the general populous.... Big Pharm will always prevail to overshadow the effects. However, more and more physicians are recommending CBD as a supplement to conventional medications, especially in cancer treatment. There is a ton of information to be had on the net, both good and bad. Research is the key.
