Don, there was a headline article about a retired Texas officer who set up a CBD sales operation primarily for police officers, and there was a formal statement today that no police officers are to take illegal drugs including CBD while on duty. It's a ridiculous position to put the police or anyone in.

It must be hard being a LEO when you know some laws are just plain wrong...when does one just look away
and wish someone a nice day.

From the outside looking in, it doesn't appear that there's sufficient regulation or guidance available to make CBD oil anything but a hit and hope proposition. Compound that with conflicting state and federal laws, and it just doesn't seem like the risks outweigh the rewards at this point. I hope I'm wrong, as this winter's aches and pains seem worse than usual, and the ol' ibuprofen isn't really cutting it. I'll be very interested in those comments as well, Drew.

thanks RNG. I don't put things in my mouth or my body without being very careful...

I'm already on enough other meds that everything gets very complicated, so many contraindications
Like lots of muscle relaxants. Not like you can dial in your weight, medical conditions and current meds
and get a recommendation back for dosage. Until then, need to go slowly. Others with only one condition can
experiment a lot faster than I can. Really do want to wake up in the morning...no Michael Jackson routines...

I read just yesterday that the pills that killed Jackson were bootleg fentanyl made to look like Vicodin. Fentanyl is a hundred times stronger; he didn't stand a chance. Two weeks ago there was a mass fentanyl overdose in Chico; on man died. Police are still trying to track down where it came from, but the two hundred pound bust, enough to kill every man, woman, and child in the US, a couple days ago makes it pretty clear that a LOT of it is coming in over the border with Mexico...

Btw, a friend brought back an "edible" for me from California. Have been hesitant to try it since without more info
it seems like Russian Roulette to me. So...pill is labeled 15mg CBD 5mg THC
Now having read the info above, it now seems like that is a safe dose. What seems crazy is the dosage of those pills,
need someone who knows more about this to explain.
Maybe I should have that little pill for lunch.

actually so far my rows are all somewhat precise openings in heavy weight fabric plastic, which comes with lines on it.
So I follow the lines, cut out my holes (actually Javier will continue to do so, oh happy days, not me...as he is arriving shortly)
and then plant in the holes. So no crooked rows for me...

For those of you asking about dosages of CBD oil; I started with the recommended 0.3 ml twice a day and then escalated in 2 or 3 ml until I had no pain. This took about 3 days, my pain was variable, some days worse than others. I weigh 260 lbs.
The 0.3 is measured on a 1 ml syringe (no point) and I placed it under my tongue. Not the syringe, just the contents. A 1 ml syringe is about the same as a 1 cc syringe. Those of you in the medical field can correct me if I am mistaken.

Good morning! 58˚ and dark. Great news on your wife Phil.

I need to get a move on, Whippers class this morning. I gave her her first dose of oil, it may be too soon but I'll see if she is less stressed at class. She seems to obey commands when more stressed so now she might take the attitude of "whatever's cool man, yep like maybe I can do that maybe not, got any snacks?"

After dog class will be a day in the gardens to work on machines and common areas to satisfy my HP, dirt addiction.
