Anybody try the "Harry's" razor blades...got a mailer for a "free" razor/shave gel set but learned that shipping will run $3.

To me that's not free, but if the razor blades are as good the big names at a nice savingds, may check it out.

I’ve been using Harry’s for several years, I can grow s full beard in 10 days and they shave me just fine. They outlast the Gillette’s I was using and each year I spend less than half what they were costing.

Took my wife on a day trip to Winchester, VA yesterday...first time going to their "Old Town" with a lot of George Washington/French and Indian War history and Stonewall Jackson/Civil War history. Interesting fact - the city changed hands 72 times during the War Between the States, 13 times in one day. Another interesting thing - it is further north than Cape May, NJ.

I get up to Winchester when I visit my son in Front Royal occasionally, nice town and some good eateries.

IMHO, shaving gear is pretty subjective. It’s well worth $3 to find out if it works for you.

BTW, I got similar mailer and I’m going to try them.

That’s how I started as well, I was tired of 4 blades for $15, so I tried them, haven’t looked back.

Good evening all. 75F this morning, cloudy, calm wind. Moderate wind during the afternoon, thunderstorms developed but did not move much, so no rain here, high temp 99F. Bike rid to start the morning, trip to town to finish buying truck, spent afternoon reading manual, more bells and whistles than I am used to.
