RichB1 sounds like you're on the home stretch- thankfully.
LS - used to get migraines until I started my blood pressure medicine - quite baffled , sympathetic to your pain, got my first migraine when I was 10 and fell down a big flight of stairs. kinda memorable.
Bulgogi cam out great with some Bok Choy in garlic sauce and some decent Kimchi.

Ken , that is basically the only med that I take, a BP med. It was prescribed not for high BP, but for a tachycardic heart rate (Beta blocker). Last time my BP was checked about 8 months ago.... 118/68. A couple days before the migraine, I "felt" like my BP was higher....

I have an appointment with the cardiologist for "pre-surgery" clearance, so I will talk to him about the med. Maybe it needs to be increased....

We have about 2" of snow in just under 2 hours..... if I was a betting man, I would say we were going to get the higher amount of snow forecasted....

That’s funny, my son in law just traded his 2012 Impala with 256,000 miles and it never had a problem beyond normal maintenance. He bought a new Terrain.

My Impala has 332,000 miles....but it is on it's 2nd tranny....and I've had to replace the camshaft and lifters. But the motor purrs fine still, and starts easily.

Good morning, well it's morning somewhere...
Got the light bar wired up on the ROPS and took down some more lawn Xmas stuff.
Brought up some more firewood, and got the worst shot of pain in my back. Oh well.

Cold here, but clear , nice sunset. Time for Ibuprefen and Alcohol - for my back pain of course :)

Stay safe and be well. Went to the H Mart and got some sliced Beef for Bulgogi-time to fire up the grill.

hopefully the bulgogi helped your back!.....and the ibuprofen too.

Son got plenty of GT80 time today. He stopped for a bit, so I peeked out the barn to see if everything is alright.....and he had 2 cute girls admiring his "ride". LOL.

   / Good morning!!!! #125,311
Drinking first cup of hot coffee. 12° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 36° with some clouds in afternoon. Did not get much done in shop and barn yesterday. My wife had a room in house that we called the sewing room. I am working at making it back into a bedroom. So I listed a sewing table and old sewing machine on Facebook Market Place. Lots of messages to answer. Both items were sold early afternoon. Only 2 people came to buy. And they showed up with mask on. :thumb:
Spent some time at neighbors place. He is clearing some woods. I am taking my tractor with it's grapple bucket over there today to clean out all that he got cut down yesterday. Seat Time! :thumb:

Mostly, my speedo and light probably need new batteries if they haven't corroded up inside. Nice handlebar photo.

Don, Randy, Buckeye and Bird, there are times I think I could find a cheaper Medicare insurance plan. Then I read problems that some are having with care and meds. I have enough problems with a Home Warranty Company. :mur:

Thomas, sorry plow shopping did not go well.

Kyle, what more can a kid ask for. Great parents, a motor bike, and girls.

LS, sure hope the Migraines go away. My kind of seat time.

Rich, I know how the guy that had the SR9c feels. I have a hard time with my LC9s at times. My Mark IV is much easier to use. If only it was not so big and heavy.

David, hope you can get the fitting needed to complete plumbing.

Alien, sending you some cool thoughts. Can you send me some warm(th) thoughts?

Prayers and best wishes for everyone. Extra prayers for our country.

Good Morning All.

good morning all to the 10th of January
28 going up to mid 40's in sun today

Kyle, what a marvelous picture.
The new James Dean of the neighborhood! Oh to be young. :dance1:
Ron have fun working with your grapple, always good seat time.

dropping off last of muffins and birdhouses this morning to my nephew who lives locally on a big farm.
actually I made a feeder and a bird house for him, one for each of his kids.
This is the part of the family I have had little contact with and trying to improve that.

When I get back, need to clean out the refrigerator today. Think I have a few things dying in there, like the beets I bought and never cooked.

23 right now...high in the low 30's today...

Watched the 30's versions of "Frankenstein" and "Bride of Frankenstein"...fun flicks!!

No luck with the salt spreader...gearbox is locked up tight. It's replaceable and sold as a complete unit. The wheels forward motion drives the gearbox which, in turn drives a small auger (to break up clumps off salt or whatever media is being spread). The drive wheel will turn a couple degrees, then locks up tight..
I used this spreader for a couple winters before donating it to the company I work for...never a problem other than having to manually break up clumps before and during use. Even using salt, never had any problems with rust. I'll mess with it some more, but I think it's a write off...

That Frankenstein blu ray was actually a set...8 movies all told. The first two (original and "Bride" were great...the third is good...then two or three "B" movies...lastly, a very funny "Abbott and Costello meets Frankenstein". Probably watch a couple today...

36 outside this AM, heading for upper 40's.

Spent most of the day yesterday on the road looking for trucks. Somewhat fun, but well.....budget...budget. <- Limits the fun factor. For some odd reason, and I have no idea why, I seem to be attracted to shiny stuff with all the gadgets. And well, now, I do have one slight issue with towing capacity. I need something that can pull trailers and tractors in an emergency. This truck will be an everyday, bad weather, hardware store, feed store, emergency tow ride. I'll be stuck into the GM brand as my dealer is making me a deal. Oh well....
enough on that. No decisions made just yet.

Champaign taste, beer budget.

Did not get to the wood. I'll start swinging when the sun come up. Since it is supposed to approach the 50's today....may prime the front porch. Tired of looking at it. If it goes into June...we are talking about a two year project. LOL. People have been fired for overrunning schedules. I have no excuse. Life is busy.

You all dealing with snow, this maybe year two of no significant snows for our immediate area. Somehow...I am OK with that. I hope you all enjoy it when you can, and be safe when you are working in it.

Have a great day all. Be safe, and stay healthy. Oh, our family doctor, dropped our insurance. Nothing like trying to find a new doctor in the middle of a pandemic.

Good morning, the temperature is -5°F and going to a high of 27. Wind N 3 mph. 30% chance of flurries.

Thomas, Ms. fox has your wife well trained.

Of all the miles I ever rode on a bicycle I have never thought of a backup speedo. I see you have no mirrors on your bike, so how do you see where you are going when you are backing up?

Another energy conservation day today.

Have a safe day all

Good morning! Up early to see if there is any snow, not yet. 38˚F we are at our highest temp today. It will drop a few degrees and the snow should start at noon. I am beginning to have my doubts because the low temp is only suppose to be 36˚F, but they are not coming off their prediction of 1-3" of snow. ??? If it doesn't snow they are sure dropping to a new low to get viewers.

Kyle classic photo, What is the caption? "MY other bike is a Harley Hog."

Too bad the plow didn't work out...but as you know, there's a bunch on Craigslist.
So, a steel plow used as a backstop for shooting? That doesn't sound real smart...

If you have to put up with 100 plus in the summer you shouldn't have to put up with snow. There ought to be a law. Mother nature, what can you do?
