Can't say it's "good," but the MF manual might be your best bet. I got a full set with my 2310 from the dealer when I bought it. I could help with pics of certain sections if you need it.

Thank you for the generous offer any help would be appreciated

Not sure what you mean by, "pulled the cover off the pump".

You mean disassembled the pump? Or, you pulled it from the housing, and inspected the shaft, and transmission gear?

The photo you posted, is labeled invalid.
Just pulled the 4 bolts what holds the back of the pump and that enabled us to pull both gear s on the pump for inspection

I looked at the gear in the transmission with my camera and it is fine
Did not get pics of the gear in it now but looked good

Here's a couple shots of the 3PH lift arm business from the service manual. As usual there aren't a lot of details in the book, but this may help to get you started.

They have you first remove all the sheet metal in the rear, then remove the fuel tank, then remove the "slow return knob" to get at the lift cylinder case, with a caution not to lose the o-ring from the transmission case (#1 in 2nd pic). They also suggest making punch marks on the lift arms to aid in re-assembly (get them in the same position they were in).

Missing in the first pic, #1 is the "Lift Arm," #6 is the "Rod," #7 is the "Piston."

Hope this helps.

You know, I don't remember. Probably through the dealer (who's no longer there....).

Last week I just ordered paper copies of the "Parts Book" for the QH, 2360 SB, 2340 DB, DL100 FEL, and CB05 BH from AGCO Technical Publications.

They have Electronic copies a little cheaper and you can also just view them on the AGCO Parts Book website (search for: DL100, CB05, 2340, 2350).

Here's the Publication #'s for those that are interested:

Interesting.

I don't think anyone on TBN has reported that problem.

The system had somehow gotten some moisture and rust build up in the lift cylinder caused the piston to get stuck at the top ....
We thought we had a broken connecting rod because you could lift the 3 pt without resistance but we were wrong..IMAG3091_BURST002.jpgIMAG3092_BURST002_COVER.jpg

Wow -- glad you nailed it down, and are now on the way to fixing. Ray's right -- I've never heard of that, except in REALLY old tractors that have sat outside for years, but there sure is a bunch of rust in there; looks worse than some old brake calipers I've seen!

Any idea how water got in there?

No clue where the moisture came from other than couple of years ago i replaced the pump and a friend of mine who works on forklifts gave me some hydraulic oil , that may have been the source of water because as you know it's a closed system .I will flush the system out very well after this repairs.
I had a lot of help with this but would not pay the outrageous prices for repairs
