2015 T454 TYM. The front wheels are popping and sometimes the right wheel will lock up. I had the right side off and changed lower gear. It was chipped up but couldn’t find any bad bearings or anything that would interfere with the gears.

I have the same tractor. I have had to repair both sides. Snap ring comes loose or breaks. Then the wheel can come off if you don't catch it in time. The new snap rings don't have ears on them and fit tighter. Had to cut the grove deeper with a cut off wheel. I have also heard of some with bad ring and pinion gears, but I never had that problem. Not yet anyway.
