I have a front tire on my Kubota MX5400 leaking. Any recommendations on tire sealants thanks

Well, I wouldn't put slime in it! On tractor tires that are too old around here, I fill them with water and keep using them.
Note: It doesn't freeze hard enough to freeze a tire full of water, and if it gets that cold, I probably won't be out there on the tractor, so it negates some of the reasons "not" to do this.

Tire Ject it IS absolutely the best, it works the best and it won't rot your rims like slime.

I put it in my BX front tires and it stopped the leaks.

I put it in my tractor rear tire, does not leak anymore.

I'm going on 6 years using FlatOut by Multi-Seal, the same company sealant for semi-truck fleet tires and the military. Sealant good for 10+ years.
This is liquid Kevlar. FlatOut will take care of punctures up 1/2-inch.
This is NOT the flammable green slim junk that lasts maybe 2 years.

Many of the Deere and Yanmar owners on the YTOG use this now.

My place has locust trees. Mowing a pasture is like driving on sharp 2-inch nails. This is the only product I know of to keep my tires going. I've patch punctures at 5/8-inch too.

I’m an outlier because I slimed my Kubota fronts about 20 years ago after always having to add air and that took care of it.

The rears are foam filled do never going flat!

I believe slim is water based and h2o does work it's way out. So I must ask, what are those other brands based with?

Another vote for Tire Ject.

It has stopped several tires (and a couple of wheels) from leaking slowly, the only product I've tried that really did work.

Although, I'm willing to try that Flat Out stuff.

Don't use Slime!!! It's a heck of a mess when you do put a tube in later.

I had a lawn tractor tire blow up with slime in it... started to swell up, middle of the night the tire exploded. Looked like a scene from Ghostbuster's...

Fix the tire right the first time!

I 2nd the Flat Out. Stuff has been a miracle for use around here. Not one flat after install when I was fixing one just about every time I took any machine out.

They make some for filled tires as well called 'Hydro 1500' that I have in my rears:

I had one front tire that kept going flat so I foamed them. Killed two birds with one stone. And Pete's Tire Barn even picked them up and dropped them off for no extra charge :)
