I'm getting a new compact tractor, Kubota B2601 or Deere 2025r, and will get a front-end loader with either. I'm seeing various recommendations on filling the tires. Beet juice or methanol would likely be the least corrosive, but other fillings have advocates too. I could also get rear wheel weights. Either one keeps the weight off the rear axle. Opinions?

Either option does not add any weight to real axle, but does nothing to keep other weight off the rear axle (e.g., drivers weight).

I have methanol filled rears, and wish I had gone with beet juice for the additional weight. I also regret not getting iron weights, but will eventually bite the bullet and get 200lbs per wheel if I can stomach the $$$.

I do both, but I have tiny tires on my SCUT, roughly 70 Lbs inside, and 70 Lbs outside ...

They only help with rear axle TRACTION.

The steel is much easier to remove, then the liquid inside ...

Wheel weights all the way.
