Drag Disc Mobility

New farmer here... Bought a 21' drag disc from an auction. I believe it is Sweco brand.

Kindly advice best way to move it around the farm without tearing up the driveway / pavement. Looked at the option of an Archer 21'+ Implement carrier, but not many are available.

I dunno if this is any help but I have an old Towner disc with iron wheels. Originally the wheels operated with a hand crank, didn't take me long to put a hydraulic cylinder on it. The barrel is for adding water weight.

Many I've seen have hydraulic wheels. This looks like it folds and has wheels for road travel. Have you checked with Sweco to see if they have a wheel kit?

If you don't have transport wheels, then simply put the disks straight with no angle. They don't really cut all that much. Should be fine for just moving around the property.

I have a REALLY old drag disk. Out in my NW field. Put the disks straight - like Mt View Ranch says. Shouldn't tear things up too bad.

This bad boy is one implement that can really ask everything of my M6040. Only use in the late summer. Land is super dry. Can get max traction out of the tractor.
