door options

Thanks for posting. This is giving me an idea for protecting my tractor. Looking at the details though it says it is yellow. The strips look fairly clear to me. :confused3:
they can be bought in clear also, which is what the pic shows, but that particular SKU was a yellow

The strips come in various widths and thickness also. In some industrial settings they are 1/8" thick or more and overlap nearly 100%.

Sliding doors are a pain. We had them growing up and hated them. Roll up or regular garage doors are the best. Call a local garage door guy out and get some ideas. I think the vinyl strips will drag grease from the pin areas and spread across the tractor and operator over time.

I wouldn't be surprised if the warranty guarantees that. But it's a door that will keep the weather out for under $200. At that price, some guys may reconsider just how clean the door & tractor needs to be.

Good point on the vinyl strips. I don't like the lack of security they provide. I've had no issues yet but you never know with the way this world is heading. I was actually leaning towards 2 six foot sliding doors. That way I could have easy access to the entire building. I looked at Tractor Supply for door locking options. I found a nice latch for one of the doors.

All the sides are closed in with the exception of the front until I decide what I want.
