Diesel Leak

I have a Hinomoto N189 (Toyosha engine) that has started leaking diesel. It looks like it may be a gasket but not sure. Any help would be appreciated re: source of leak, difficulty of self-repair and/or name of good diesel mechanic (willing to work on grey market tractors) in Seattle/Tacoma area. The dealer I bought from is good, but clear across the state.
Also, I am looking for any available manuals for the N189.

It would appear that your leak is on the high pressure side of the fuel pump . If it was on the low pressure side you would have air in the fuel causing a "spongy" feel on the fuel pedal . If you can slightly pinch the return line to the tank while the engine is running the leak should reveal itself with a steady stream squirting out . Good luck .
