I've read where the "we're looking out for you" EPA has effectively caused the shut down of the largest lead smelting plant in the country. It supposedly produced 60% of this country's raw lead.

Gosh I can't stand this regulatory conglomeration. They seem to have nothing better to do than be wrong lately about so many things and spend a ton of time thinking of: "how can we ruffle John q publics feathers somemore?". The last DieHard I had in my tractor has lasted 18 years.

I had a gel cell battery from Les Schwab in my previous tractor that lasted eleven years. My OEM battery in my new Kubota lasted two years and has be replaced with another gel cell - hoping for something better than two.

yeh my JD battery only lasted 3 years
