I'm guessing you meant "dozer" instead of "dozen" but I don't guess I have answer for your question.
Can you ask or explain your question a little better? Dozen operation? Do you mean Dozer blade?
I tried to play with my builder's skid steer and figured out that one button would change the function of all of the controls. I'm not up on Skid steer operation... You might be much better off posting another thread in the construction sub-forum and have a better title like "Help, operating a Skid Steer Dozer?"
