I would give RCO Tractors in Austin (25min or so from you?) a call. They carry both Yanmar and LS, and are extremely helpful. I talked to them a couple of times, and traded e-mails as well....very nice folks. They gave me a quote for the machine, and shipping over the phone, but also suggested that to be fair, I should call a local dealer as well. In the end it was a bit less expensive to go with the local dealer, so that's what I did, but RCO came very close, and was great to deal with.

We have about 32 hours on ours at this time and I have had no problems at all except keeping wife off.

Right now LS is also supplying New Holland, and Case with compact tractors as well, and there seem to be few complaints of any significance out there. I know you mentioned a cab, and mine isn't available with one, but the new XR series is, and it's very comparable.

Recent one moving some concrete culvert....about 1,200lbs, and it toyed with them

Rolling a rock to its new home!

This was surprisingly heavy....had to dump these in a tall stake truck and it was close to maxed out, but managed it.
