How are they going to be marketed? Are they going to be re branded with a "name" or are youi going to market them under your own name? I would market them under DFAM brand. I just hate the idea of spending a few hunderd dollars for a old name that is "legendary" but not in production for years. I would go just like Kubota and market them under the real chinese name and not re brand them under a name like "troy built" or "Ingersol" or "Deere".

Another bit of advice. Seal them up good! Nothing is more aggivating than a new tractor that leaks oil. Double or triple seal them, make them dry and they will be a sucess. Good luck!

The new sub-compact tractor is gonna be marketed under the name of DONGFENG. DFAM is an abbreviated name for our company. Compared with old traditional Chinese tractor, this one is meant to be better.

BTW, the legendary, I mean Lenovo, is quite successful now, at least in China.

Not exactly, but I am sure G3 will have a comparative longer warranty in USA. The warranty won稚 include the labor part, which will drive the price high. We got to leave enough margin for our dealers. As regards Australian market, we authorize MIDWAY SALES as our sole agent, they might offer extended warranties.

I guess, they also try to drive the prices down:laughing:. as far as i know, they did a pretty good job there, TOP 3, I guess. i am just in charge of usa market. consequently, i am not quite sure what warranties they offer.

Only in some states like arkansas, new york . But the new Series has not been yet delivered to them yet. compared with other brands(mahindra, kioti), we did a bad job in the dealership network.

Relevant experience and enough finance. Frankly speaking, we are still a small company compared to Kubota, Mahindra etc. which means we can only offer flexible payment rather than floor plan.

But we are a sale-oriented company and decide to focus on USA market. Consequently we are willing to support our dealers at our best.
