Fair warning to readers of this post - I have become a rabid BXPanded fan. I've got the dollies for my loader and backhoe, the trailer hitch receiver thing, bucket hooks, forks, the hydraulic pressure tester...
(To the OP, the pressure tester kit is slick and comes with shims to boost the pressure as needed. Excellent quality like everything else I've gotten from them. I've seen in other threads some comments about the price of the kit vs building your own tester, so certainly take that into consideration if you're handy that way.)
I've been wanting a tooth bar for my
BX24 but have held off primarily because I have the pallet forks from BXpanded. I can't believe how much I have come to use those things! (I leave the brackets on the top of the bucket, so I can just pop the forks on and off in a minute.) I'd have to remove a tooth bar every time so I can put the forks on, and as often as I put the forks on I've decided against a tooth bar. This new one has got my heart going pitter-patter.:licking:
This tooth bar looks like it would be the first of their products that would make me do alterations to my tractor though - looks like I'd have to drill a hole through each side of the bucket?
Also, looks like I'd be limited to only using two forks and I like having all four on - I wonder if they'll have a version with four "openings", or better yet leave the smaller teeth out all together for more fork placement variability. Or would that affect the function of it too much and make the tooth bar less effective?
Forgive me if this is hi-jacking the thread too much.:ashamed:
