I think the loss of blood pressure would be immediate lights out. Anything you see would be reactionary.... I'd hope! YIKES!!!Maybe it's just me ... but ....
I've always assumed the brain would be aware for the time it takes to suffer sufficient loss of blood/oxygen. It was not uncommon for an executioner to pick up a severed head and stare it in the eyes.
You are correct. I will never understand or accept any reasons why someone won't vaccinate their animals against rabies. If they can't afford it, they shouldn't own them. Its just that simple.
