Unfortunately, my much liked Husqvarna fuel & oil refueling container broke. The auto shut off feature for the fuel side stays stuck open.
I really like this container and have used the heck out of it.
Bought it for like $40 in 2019.
Now they are $150.
I see there are replacement nozzles for other types, but haven’t found for Husq.

Found this

I buy two stroke oil in six packs with each bottle just right for my 2 gal plastic gas can. When I run out, one unit of oil is poured in as I load the jug in the truck to fill ALL the gas cans at the station.

Can't get much easier.

uh, you oughta try one of these Husqvarna cans for chain sawing
yes, it is much easier.

I found one on Ebay... for $47. The Holzforma looks kinda weird and with how well the Husky works I'd be tempted to choke up on the credit card and buy the replacement spout.

I don't saw much (anymore) so I buy 40:1 & 50:1 premix by the gallon and decant onto smaller cans it comes in to take to the job. (Workers usually bring their own saws & mix. Fine with me. :) )

Those quart cans are also nice with other mixes for older ratios (30:1, others, re-labelled) and they don't need to be vented, so a mix remains fresh for years. I usually get two or more fills from a quart, but depending on the saw/tool that could be over two or more seasons. (12", 14", 2x18", 20" saws)

A gallon a day, off the pile, is all these old bones can take... I saw in intervals "by the tank".

I add Sta-Bil to each gas can when I bring 'em home. Might go into the bucket truck, Mini-BH, chipper, tiller, golf cart, generator, ZTR, or get mixed for a trimmer, saw, or PHD but I never know where or when I'll pour it.

Why so much oil? 1/2 as much as fuel? why carry oil that you will not use until you refill the fuel.

A solution to a problem no one has?

I tired of messing with 2-cycle gas and pull-start stuff, now I have Ryobi 40V electric string trimmer and chain saw.
By the time the 4AH battery runs down so am I, so we go to the house for R&R.
I do have a 6AH and 2AH battery in the garage in case I feel feisty and want to cut more.
