Anyone make a spline alignment tool?

Considering this thread was started 9 years ago, there were a few developments as far as ease of hook up since then.
Here's one type of which there are a couple similar ones on the market:

Yep, that's it. I'd like a tool that aligns the PTO to the coupler on the mower so when I do try to bring them together it's an easy fit. Is there such thing?

On my Kubota L3130 if I turn off the engine the PTO shaft can be manually rotated to line up the splines.

None of those easy-peasy quick attach PTO adapters are cheap and all will require shortening the PTO shaft to accommodate them too.

To me they are an expensive solution looking for a non existent problem.

My stub 'wrench' is a greasy glove I keep in the tool box just for that task. besides, the greasy glove lubricates the stub.

One thing that is unchanged and that is, you either have an ASAE 6 spline or an ASAE 21 spine rear stub and some older tractors have both (like mine).

Looks like that would be only work if your PTO doesn't have a shield around it. Would be pretty awkward on my tractors.

My only PTO implement - Wallenstein BX62S chipper. I have a strap - goes from the top link to the PTO shaft. Holds the shaft up while making final adjustments. Spin the PTO stub - pull back the collar - push it home.

I store the entire PTO shaft under cover in my one enclosed carport stall. Keeps it clean and ready to go when needed. I keep the entire shaft covered with a large towel to keep dust off. Every little bit seems to help.
