Anyone else having trouble logging on?

For about two weeks I have been nearly unable to visit this site. Almost always, I get a pop up that says "TBN is not responding". I realize by asking this question that if you have this problem you can't log on to answer my question. Maybe you had a problem and it went away? I can get on every few days and then only for a few clicks before I'm locked out.

I don't think it's my computer problem and wonder if it's a TBN issue. Any input appreciated but it may take me a week to read or respond to anything. Anyone with a similar issue?

No, no trouble. I logged off (first time I did that in a long long time) and logged back in (first time I did that in a very long time) just to test it. I don't log off or on usually. Just leave it, and never have to log on again, unless they reload the software.

YES, Just did a speed test (which was OK) because response (times) from this site have been terrible.

EDIT: My ISP thottles certain traffic and it doesn't always seem to make sense what they restrict.

No problem here logging on. I usually check new posts several times a day. I don't log off but when I run my cache cleaner program at the end of the day it logs me off every site I was logged into that day. I log back on in the morning with no problem. I also log in during my breaks at work without problem either.

I never log on/off, luckily the computer has a much better memory than I have since I have forgotten my login password long ago.

I will pay for this again someday as this my 2nd or 3rd account on here, I first subscribed back 2002 I believe but could never recover my password, I PMed the admin. but they never replied....

On my next account I swear I will write the darn thing down somewhere I can fetch it back

The only problem I had was just a few minutes ago and that was the fault of my browser. The fox was tired and I had to log off and then back on. The problem affected my fonts and character map. But as you can see now everything is back to normal.

No problems - I log on/off about 3X daily. For a while I would get a drop-down message when attempting to upload a pic to my post. Something about TBN temporarily down and updating software. What I found as a solution was to down size the pics and then - no more problems.

Seems to be just me and I couldn't get on since yesterday. Even now, I'll only get a few clicks and then cannot go any further. It's probably one of my dogs.

But I get the popup that says "TBN not responding".

What OS are you using on the computer?

I never log off, no problem here with computer, W8.1, Chrome and Hughes Net.

I had some trouble right after New Years. Don't know how I got logged off, but the site would not accept my username/password combo to log back in.......kept saying one of them was wrong. Tried it a few hours later...same thing. Tried it a couple of days later and it went through without a hitch.

I am reasonably sure that I had the correct info typed in, and don't really understand what happened.

This is the first I have been able to get on in two days. It's more than just logging on...I can't access the site at all. A popup comes on and says "TBN is not responding" and then the screen locks up. I have Windows 10 but my wife's computer has Windows 8.1 and does the same. I can't be the only person with this issue but then, if you have this problem it's very difficult to get on the TBN to tell anytone about it. I sent a PM to the TBN but got no answer.

Wish I knew if others have this issue so I know how to proceed. I'm going to try to re-install Windows 10 soon.

Bingo...That appears to be it. I switched versions and things are much better. I'll wait to say fixed but it is or was a TBN problem.

And I just spent over two hours reinstalling windows 10 thinking I had the problem.

Recently I have been getting a lot of time out errors on the TBN site. That or DNS could not find the server. The new site apparently is not configured correctly.
