Advice needed for suitable Tractor for Sawmill/Light Logging

Hello all, First post here and hope I知 listing this in the proper area.

I as my grandfather did back 50 yrs ago now, want to get a sawmill going on our families 100 acre farm which has 25 acres of mostly hardwoods but I知 looking for advice on a pre-emmisons suitable front wheel assist diesel tractor.
Without going too big, I値l need something with enough power to use a removable skidding attachment to haul logs from the bush and also with both a bucket and forks to lift logs onto the sawmill deck. I壇 thought I壇 make up a concrete counterbalance for the 3 point hitch while I知 lifting logs off the front.
My cousins got an older 65hp international 2Wd Tractor and when I see it, I知 thinking no way is that even close enough to what I need and yet don稚 want to go too large either. A cab would be great and yet in reality it痴 not practical for moving around within a woodlot either so open cab I think will be best for my situation.
A friends father has an extremely clean 3140 JD and that to me would be and maybe I知 wrong but seems more the size that might work.
