9 Acres - ZTR or Tractor?

Trelease, Yeah a tractor has many uses and a ZTR has one mow the grass (as fast as you can /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif) But if I had to pick only one I would go with the tractor , as you said maybe later you will find that a ZTR would fit the bill .... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I personally don't think you will be sorry if you get the tractor. I have a BX23, and over the wekend I removed the FEL and BH and hooked up the mower deck, (took me less than half an hour total) and I mowed my yard, 1-1/2 acres with lots of stuff to mow around in less than a hour and I played around a bit since it was my first mowing with this machine. I had some light trimming to do when I was done weed eater type trimming,but that little BX with a 54" deck is not only quick but very manueverable and gets into some tight areas. you can also get the 60" deck

As hard as this decision was to make, now it really gets interesting as you try to pick out the right tractor and implements. Enjoy the shopping experience.
