504 loader

Hi all just woundering if a 504 loader on a B3200 can lift a 1000 lb pallet off the ground dealer stated no problem.I would like to no if anyone has done this before i spend money on forks. Thinking about firewood stacking thanks in advance ed

Mine will do it no problem mind you I bumped my pressure 300#. I have lifted 1200# with it but that was pushing it. I have lifted several 1000# round bales. You will need lots of rear ballast. I have 1000# of cast I hang on the 3pt.:thumbsup:

Shimmed the relief in the loader valve. Best to check the pressure before you do any modifications. I went 300# over spec which is 2200# for these tractors. I would not recommend going over 2500#

How hard is to shim. The vavle or should I ask the dealer to do. It before delivier

If this is a new machine then I would not ask the dealer because he will HAVE TO say no. It is not difficult, just a little messy.
You can ask the dealer to check the pressure and make sure it is at spec.
