Just a heads up to anyone that owns an autoconnect deck. I recently was mowing on my 3120 (purchased 06/09, 44 hours on tractor now) when I noticed it was scalping on the right side. Shut her down, got off and noticed the deck was drooping on the right. No problem, I must not have gotten it hooked in properly since I just reinstalled it 10 minutes ago. No such luck - the strap on the deck (1/2" rod bent and welded to the deck) that the rear drag links hook to had snapped off on the right side. I removed the deck, took a closer look, and found a defective weld on the outboard side. There was zero penetration on this side, and the other side snapped off right at the top of the weld. Dealer picked it up the next day, called me 2 days later to inform me that they had ordered me a brand new deck. Supposed to get it back today. Can't say enough about my dealer's service (Ontrac Equipment in Macedon, NY). Might be worth taking a quick look at your decks to make sure the welds are decent - especially if it's still under warranty.
I'll upload some pictures as soon as I pull them off the camera.
