I have been looking at this product for a little while, and have come across many different prices. What would be the difference between the two listed below. Is the cheaper one lacking something.

One weighs 16 pounds less than the other? that should say something, and its on sale and the other isn't?
I ordered the harbor freight one, like lots of other members have. There is a huge long thread on the HF hitches.
