3 point linkage Deutz

Hi all,

I have a deutz fahr 420,
Ive noticed when leaving the 3 point linkage at a certain height it resets itself all the way back down after restarting the tractor and completing the 3 point unlock procedure.
The 3 point remains at the set height when the tractor is shut off only goes all the way down after the 3 point is unlocked

I presume there is some sort of setting to stop it doing this?
