The selector on My Jinma 254 is stuck in 4WD. Any suggestions on what I can do? The selector gets half way but won't go further and I don't won't to force it I case I damage something. It should just move between the 2 easily.

try shifting while creeping along. it may be something as simple as driveline run up from when it was parked.

if that don't help I'd jackup all 4 and place in neutral and block clutch and get a helper to wiggle tires to and from while you play with selector.

post back.

I have had to "rock" my Kubota before. Just barely hit the reverse pedal while applying steady pressure to the lever, then go back forward. As soundguy said, things can get a bit bound up. Also, may want to drive it on a more slick surface. Mine has the most trouble on pavement.
