Jinma 454 Hydraulics

I just bought an 06 Jinma 454. I have a basic knowledge of hydraulics not sure of all the parts. The question I have is that the loader is moving very slow, what are possible issues? The tractor was sitting for a while with loader off, I changed 2 of the quick connects due to rust, filled the hydraulic with fluid. I think it was empty. Managed to get the valves on controller to move, they were stuck. Any help with picks would be great.
