1872 and the 60"deck

I just got the 1872 in late Dec.It has a 60"deck,the deck is very heavy duty i am impressed with how well built it is.Just wondering how well it works and how does the M18 kohler handle this big of deck?

I have an 1811 and they can handle a 54in deck with ease. I imagne that the 60 in isnt much different

I have the same 60" deck on my 1572 (15 HP Diesel). The black smoke rolls out if I load it down in tall wet grass. You should be good shape.

The down side it taking that mower deck off. I bloody my knuckles and loose my religion every time I take it off. I consider it a victory for me if I don't pinch any part of my body that's not supposed to be pinched.

Thanks for the heads up.I just got this and it came with the blower on.I have never put this kind of deck on before and have no manual so bloody or not i will be happy to get it up and running. THANK YOU
