I bought an "09 Gator 620i a year ago with 73 hrs on it. It has developed an annoying popping/clunking sound in the front end. It makes the noise on any surface, at any speed, in 2 wd, 4wd and neutral. Prior posts on this site note that a backlash adjustment screw may need to be turned counterclockwise an 1/8 to 1/4 turn to help reduce this condition. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem recently and did adjusting the screw help? Further, where is the allen head screw located?
