It looks will cared for with those hours! With 3000 hours, that's a good reminder to me that these machines can last a long time. I traded my previous tractor at 1300 hours, and have similar hours on the replacement. I find myself thinking about a new tractor, but I'm sure my current machine will outlast me.

The motor itself was denied. The labor and all other parts including the exhaust were all covered. They also gave me a set of extra filters. My fuel wreaked terribly like something had been dumped into it. It was sent out for testing and came back as contaminated. I should have dumped the whole tank and washed it out before bringing it in for repairs. Whatever was put in my fuel tank wiped out the cylinders. The pistons were slapping and my compression was on the low side for a diesel. I know for a fact that all the fuel that I put in my tractor was diesel. Just a few days prior my tractor was running perfectly fine. I'm pretty sure that I know the source of what happened but can't prove it. If it happens again shat is going to happen. The bill for the labor, the regen exhaust and other free parts was right up there with the cost of the new motor. I was really pissed off but there was nothing that I could do about it.

I don’t cut grass or do any farming. My backhoe has never been off. I have 2 attorneys and 2 diesel mechanics helping me with the case. Still the tractor company won’t honor their warranty. It’s been almost 2 years. I think it’s time to go to court. We will see what happens.

Holy crap. They owe you. I hope you get this straightened out. My turbo had been changed once duevto oil leaking and the exhaust canister had to be baked out to clean it. That was around 570 hours.
