Minneapolis area they were selling for $2900 on FB but now up to $3600. Auctions were down to $2500 after fees at end of the year but now back over $3000.

are they getting them all the way to Minneapolis for that? If I found one for $3000 I would buy it tomorrow in a heart beat!

These $3-4K machines are the basic 1500Lb unit, Gas Engine, mechanical controls, mech thumb, etc. but the diesel 3200-3500 Lb machines sell for $8K at auction plus fees or $9K plus - and similar diesel machines are $9500 delivered on ebay etc,

Yeah, I get that. I have never seen one for $3-4K. There is a local auction coming up, I will keep my eyes out for one in that auction.

Yep, those are similar to the ones I am looking at. Keep your eye on marketplace, they can usually be had for cheaper. Ebay also has some pretty good deals. Local auction yard has 2 for their April 15th auction, I will watch them closely. 1 is a cabbed model with the front window out. Hoping to score that one at a good price.Not sure what your budget is, but I have been looking at these....it's between one of these and a towable backhoe.

I've been doing the research as well.
I've been trying to research the companies policies, warranty etc.
The one I posted seems to be the most credible so far.
I won't do any Alibaba purchases....I was burned once. They favor their sellers, not the buyers.
Lesson learned the hard way.
However Amazon has a few as well.
As long as the deal is backed up by a reputable seller I feel a bit better.

Yeah, I suppose it would be worth paying a little more for backup from a reputable seller. But honestly what are you looking for from that seller? I doubt many are going to give you much in the way of support regardless of their reputation.
