Nice thing about the shop is, it's power trowled concrete and it's 9" thick and has in floor PEX heat so the floor is always toasty in the winter and it's exceptionally smooth so rolling stuff around is very easy. Has to be think to support the machine tools. They need a very stable footing to be accurate. Even have an overhead crane in the north bay. Best thing I ever put in to change the oil in the motorcycles. I just pick them up with a fabric sling, pull the drain plug and drain the oil. No bending over or getting on the ground...lol. 4 ton air operated IR hoist on a rolling carrier that straddles an I beam that runs across the shop. I love any and all air operated tools.
