2022 Bronco sport review

I think modern turbo engines are pretty well engineered and they’ve integrated pretty elaborate sensor information into the oil change monitoring systems.
My relative’s 6 year or so old Honda CRV is a 4 cylinder turbo. The computer indicates around 6-7k miles, from what I know, which makes sense since it’s highway mileage, and they specify synthetic oil only.
Interesting part is , the exhaust manifold is integral to the cylinder head, so it receives water cooling.
They claim it keeps the turbo cool, and heats the engine faster in the winter.
Turbo engines have come a long ways

After I totalled my 2020 Escape company car I had a 2023 Bronco Sport as a long term rental and I really liked it. Its the same platform as my Escape was so its was very simular, my Escape was quicker and got better mileage but the Bronco was better looking and had some nicer features. I wouldn't buy one personally but Id consider it for a company car if it was offered.

Bronco interior pics. Great for mutts and cleaning with minimal carpet.

I wouldn't doubt it, those sports are small, built on the Escape platform. The regular Bronco is the one that shares the Ranger platform.

Yeah the regular Bronco is 3500, same as my Saturn Vue 🤣

Just got a 2" hitch installed today. Do you want to see pics of that?
Yes. Also, where did you get it and who installed it?

I bought one for my little Toyota from Etralier.com and was astounded how well it fit and how easy it was to install. Took all of about 15 minutes. The hardest part was figuring out the wiring.

I assume your vehicle was pre-wired for trailer lights, just plug into the system?

Inquiring minds want to know.

No wonder it took them a while, it looks like they had to remove some stuff. When you said it took them a while couldn’t figure out why. I put one on a pickup in the late 90’s and it took me about an hour. Of course I never looked under the back end of a Bronco. Looks like the exhaust was the main problem. They did a little cutting on the rear valance where the hitch exits. I get some u shaped trim molding to put over those raw edges and give it a finished look.
