They are about $5 each at Tractor Supply. You don't need the fancy ones with pins.

Both my quick hitches are the Land Pride QH15 Cat 1. I have 2 bushings on each implement, on the pins that slide into the quick connect hooks. I don't use them on the top hook.

While considering a quick hitch note that all implements you plan to use must have approximately the same attachment width. Mine are not so I went with Pat's Quick Hitch instead.
do you need bushing per implement with Pat's?

Not sure how many attachments you have, but if you look up... "Lift arm bushing" on tractor supply, you'll see that you need. For my quick hitch, I needed a cat 1-2 and a cat 2-3. Made for the best fit so my attachment wasn't bouncing around. You might be able to buy in bulk of you have multiple attachments?

With Pat’s you buy either the Category 1 or 2 hitch. If you’re using a category 1 implement on the category 2 hitch, you will need the reducer bushings for the implement pins and top link.

I use 1 inch water pipe on my CAT 1 pins and hold it in place with a bolt and elastic lock nut....

Don't think this "kit" would be unreasonable...

That is a good price for all those bushings!

For most of my stuff, the "pipe" style bushings work fine and, as mentioned, they are made to be "nested" to achieve whatever category you need for your quick hitch. However, some attachments (like my overseeder and weight box) are really heavy and tend to slide around a lot and need the shoulder style bushing to keep them secure. Figuring out which attachments need which style of bushing has been a bit of trial and error for me.

Not sure about the word "reducer" used here....

Totally agree, and get the bushings for the top link also. The top link and lift arms take different size bushings. But they are cheap enough. A pair of bushings usually are priced around $3.

I have a mixture of bushings and lift pins on my equipment that I set up for my quick hitch. I started buying the expensive ones to slide over a cat 1 pin and secure with a roll pin
Then I either used cat 3 pins or cat 2 with a 3 bushing tack welded to it.
You have to drill out the mounting hole to use the larger pins. But you wont bend them with a compact tractor.

I will say, my bushings for my quick hitch are used on my flail. Its lift pins go between 2 pieces of metal that hold the pins in. Now if you have equipment that has the one side mounted pins... That other type may be a better option. These would rattle out if the bushings weren't "sandwiched" between the 2 pieces of metal.

I would like to post a picture to explain what I mean. But the app won't let me and hasn't for about a year I bet. Admin has no idea, so on a side note... If someone knows how to fix that, let me know.

What operating system are you using? If it's Windows on a PC, just right click on the picture and select "copy". Then right click again and "Paste" it in the space along with your reply. Make sure the cursor is at the spot where you want the picture to appear.

I'm using the app on Android. I'll have to try that and see it works sometime... Didn't even think of that idea.

Edit to add... Copy and paste doesn't work in the app.

I used some 3/4" black pipe. Cut it to length the slit it. Opened it up into a U then tack welded them to the bottom lift arms. If they wear out, they're easy to cut the welds and replace. It's soft iron (steel) so they won't wear the pins or my quick hitch.
