I just purchased a late model used truck last month. Snow storm shut down the state so mail didn't run.

Hit day 31, still hadn't received the paperwork, lienholder info, or when my first payment is due.

So I stopped by the dealership Wednesday afternoon and got the lienholder info.

Called and got my account number. First payment is due this coming Wednesday.

I set the company up on my banks online bill pay. And then made the payment. I try to keep a vehicle payment around $350 when i finance one. Then round that payment to $500 to pay it off sooner. So I never pay attention to a payment book, or a coupon that the finance company sends me other then to verify previous months payment was received.

I sure don't rely on the mail getting me the payment coupon on time. I've had utility bills show up after they were past due on several occasions.

If I haven't received the bill by a certain date, I go ahead and make a payment to the company anyway. Internet and water are pretty consistent. Electric fluctuates maybe $10 on average (levelized billing).

Morning all. 32 going to 40 with a cloudy day today. Not much going on today but running some errands. We got snow and rain yesterday so pretty much stuck around the house. We finally picked up the wife's new car that came in on Thursday. Pic added for practice. It actually looks much better but is dirty right now.

No coffee this morning. 31° with fog this morning. Heading to 52° with thunderstorms in afternoon. Had a good time with my aunt yesterday. Weather was so nice we did a walk around my place. Still about 8" of snow in open areas. Lots of mud where snow has melted. Today's weather should get rid of a lot more snow. Put trailer hitch on mule. Had to modify it some to fit my model. Took my aunt home. Have a MRI this morning at hospital about 30 miles away. Hope to be home by noon. May watch some NASCAR this afternoon.

Must have been a really big rewrite/update going on.
I'm guessing Muhammad is a little frazzled right now.

I've been up half the night trying to figure out if I should put in an offer on the house I looked at yesterday.
That I'm this not sure means I probably shouldn't no matter how good a deal it is.

37 going up to 43 today, cooler day with rain coming in later this morning and then rain all through tomorrow.

As for buying a house... if you're getting a mortgage, keep in mind that interest rates jumped 20% in the past week or so. That means a 10% reduction in buying power. I'm guessing the red hot housing market will react accordingly. Depends on your location of course... I live in a bubble in San Diego.

ok, that sure works now. And it resized smaller nicely.

and I see that Attach Files is for more than one pic I guess and this insert file function is easiest
for one picture. ??

Good morning all
27 now highs in the low 40’s and mostly cloudy.
The driveway is ice and frozen slush after yesterday’s mix of snow and rain.
The guessers missed the high temps by 6 or 8 degrees it never got above 35. Hopefully they are right today and it melts.

Good morning! A warm morning at 70˚F, cloudy, heading to the upper 70s.

For me the side effects of the second Moderna vaccination, which included fever, aches and chills started at 6 hours after the injection and lasted another 24 hours. All better now.

Looks like If I need to post a phone pic I need to post the pic and the edit in the narrative to stay away from the oops page.

I think once I get a newer iPhone I will be able air drop. I have the older SE model now.

Good Morning
It’s 35 going to 40 and going to rain for the next day or two. There is still 8” to a foot of snow on the ground, this rain should erase it all and cause some flooding in the process.

Couple of small shop projects yesterday, got to try out my free MIG welder, it worked well.

Today, I have to take a quick trip across PA to Washington County to pick up a friend. Won’t be very scenic, it will be raining for the entire trip.

Still not vaccinated, but hopeful that will change soon.

I found myself reading two year old threads, not knowing how to go straight to the posts I haven' read, and couldn't find a link to TNT. How about a short tutorial that we can all find when we log on?

Not exactly explains, but Muhammad started a thread where people are commenting on their experience and asking questions. The admins are listening and making changes in response to the feedback.

According to Muhammad, this is a whole new Content Management System. Took a better part of a year to figure out just how to port the data over. Having been through transitions like this myself, it's a major accomplishment! We are very, very lucky to have someone with Muhammad's skills on the job!!!

I see that viewing images is now inline; no more hitting the back button once you've viewed a photo. You can even zoom the image to full screen, then just hit the escape key to get back to reading the text. Very nice!

I am finding that iPad app works/looks just about the same as it did before upgrade. Picture posting is better.

It's not the forum upgrade that has me awake but rather the life upgrade sleeping between me and my wife. She's 7 months old now and her hours of operation are 12am, 3am, 5am, and then her full shift begins at 6am.
