My daughter thinks the least busy time to go to the grocery store is just before closing time. My wife drove by last nite at 8:30 to see what it looked like. She said the parking lot was empty. I had to break it to her gently that they closed at 8. :laughing:

Yep, just before closing time is least busy, but also when the shelves are most bare. If you don't need TP, cleaning supplies, rice, or beans, then it's ok. We have a few 24 hours stores here. Walmart, Meijer. When I worked a shift 7pm-3am, I'd often stop in at 3:15. Had the store to myself, with the exception of the stockers and that guy on the ride-on floor machine. He'd run you over if you didn't pay attention. :laughing: Butcher shop, deli, and bakery were not open, but the shelves had everything back then. Now they don't have 24 hour during this current crisis, or I'd be back there again.

Yes, people can catch COVID much faster that they recover and that is why the hospitals are overwhelmed.
