Front ballast / Suitcase weights - DIY or cheap

I looked on line for suitcase weights and found them for $58/ea. out the door at my local. I adapted a "L" frame to my "B" chassis for a little extra help on the front end of my B6200. Works like a champ and I pull a 6' back blade, 6' york rake, 42" tiller, 60" finish mower, 48" brush hog, 30" dirt scoop, etc, etc.

That is exactly what I thought seeing the picture. Except for the "way nicer than mine" part, since I do not have one...
