The heavy material is to help keep vibration to a minimum and it made in the USA

I don't have the motor right now, for mock up I am using a burned up compressor motor

Today's progress on the 2x72 grinder, we re-cut the motor mount plate to make it one piece and cut star wheels for the bolts and tracking adjustment.

I received an email from jeremy authorizing me to reproduce the pieces if you need them for your project, the only stipulation is you have to buy the plans from him

Interesting about selling parts. It would of course deprive me of the infinite pleasure of buying a plasma table, a major loss. When you have time can you put a parts and price list together? I already purchased Jeremy’s plans and I ‘m sure we can find away to confirm that.

Yep I will get that put that together, I cut mine from .250 steel and Jeremy's plans call for .375, do you have a preference, it will effect the cost

Seems like 3/8” is overkill? I’ll have to watch his video again and look over the plans but if you decided to go with 1/4” it’s probably fine. Will 3/8” add about a third to the price, or is it not that simple?
