I would replace it now. The longer you run it you risk more damage. The sleeves for the seals are $34 each. I did both seals and the outer bearings. My inner ones looked good because they are open to the fluid. The plate at the bottom needs to be removed completely. Hoye didn't have that gasket so I had to make it. Also look at both drain plugs. Order new ones and the crush washers if they look worn. Check your hydraulic pickup screen also. Now is the time to clean/replace it if necessary. Don't reuse the copper washers for the hydo lines either.
