Well they came and put out fertilizer today on hay meadow,I sure hope we get some of that rain:thumbsup:

I fertilized yesterday also..........rainX2!!

Eddie, The clouds have been really pretty all day with all the wind. The gusts were very strong yesterday afternoon and all lasts night. It looks promising for some good rain this afternoon or tonight.

Yep, we were getting wind gusts in excess of 40 mph yesterday afternoon. And right now we're just getting a nice, light rain.

Getting some rain this morning. Wind overnight pushed motorhome around a little. We are in Sunset for a few days. Hope Jim gets enough rain to fill ponds up.

The winds yesterday torn my winterized AG pool cover. I was thinking of maybe opening up the pool this week anyway, now It has to take the place of the paver project. Some of the pool composition deck that was exposed to clorine and sun for the last 3 years has deteriorated and will have to be replaced. ......always something.

We got about a 1/4", better than nothing. The wind was miserable yesterday too.

97 reported tornadoes throughout the Mid West (yet to be confirmed). A small town in Woodward Ok (pop. 12,000), where I have hunted had 2. I think 5 people reported dead in that one alone.

I have decided for "peace of mind" to build a tornado shelter. Now i just have to contact my step brother since he is an construction engineer and see if my plans will work.

Less than 1/10" here in Sunset. Ron and Betty Hall are visiting, so that means we should get lots more rain. They always seem to bring rain with them.
