Do you have a pic of the push pipe? Is it a homemade tool or store bought? I've always used the manual post driver but using my fel would be so much easier.

I can get a picture but its a simple 2 and 3/8 inch pipe 60" long with a 3/8"
4"x4" plate on the top ... I slide it onto the post and the plate sets against the loader and I push ... I only use it it tough ground so the post won't bend.

If you need I'll post a picture.

Great lookin' job, Blueriver!!!

I thought I put up a lot of barbwire!!!:D... I also have a lot of electric fence to take care of, and sometimes it can be a pain because the deer run through it.

I set a lot of T-posts, and I hate it because the soil is hard packed clay!... When I set T-posts, I have to use a long handle sledge hammer!

I would like to see a picture if you have one! :)

Thanks for sharing your hard work!!! :D

Blueriver,

Ah that brings back memories.... now all I do is maintian fences. Sometimes I think it would be eaiser to just start over. Southeastern Oklahoma is beautiful to me. I still call it home. Western Arkansas is also beutiful and I always called it my backyard. Northeast Texas is nice and is where I reside now. I love the early growing seasons. But hate the fireants! I too, would like to see a picture of your post driver that you use with the bucket of your tractor.

Regards,

Bart

Why 5 strand? Around here we only do 5 strand on BLM which requires it.
