Is there a reason you think the regular reciver stock wont work for your application

I made one out of 2" wide X 1/2" stock top and bottom and 3x1/2 inch for the sides and put a piece of banding steel into give it 1/6" to on the sides to shim it out and spaced the top and bottom the extra 1/16 and welded it up inside and out then punched a 5/8 hole for pin.
