Are you having leaks? I've not heard of using multiseal in full size tractors. (I'm assuming that is one of these products that seals small to medium size punctures)

I guess I'm just not familiar with Texas sized thorns. I have R4 tires and cannot imagine what kind of pre historic dino thorn would be needed to puncture them.

If I were in your shoes though I would remove the water as the viscosity of the slime type substance is important in forming a seal and you wouldn't want to dilute it. I'd guess the manufacturer could give you advice too.

i think i'd wait til i had a leak before i changed anything, who knows you may never have a puncture at all.

Locust thorns here in Texas can grow to several inches long. Finding a thorn longer than your hand is common. Mesquite are not large compared to Locust.

We get some gnarly thorns here - choke cherries get some pretty long ones that can puncture an ag tire when they hit it right. I filled my front tires with foam when I put my second set on the rims. I highly recommend that.

When you puncture one of your water filled tires it'll probably act like a squirt gun. It's pretty easy to spot the hole :). Don't ask me how I know...
